Video Build Out 1& 2
We’ll meet with you on Zoom to build out the videos using our proprietary RoS Video System and the GREAT Video Formula. Our goal is to create at least (15) videos but we can do more if the client is ambitious and efficient. This will be broken down into (2) separate meetings.
We Will Create Your VBE’s
Video Branding Elements are animated digital overlays that can be added on top of your video to improve the production value and watchability of your video. We’ll use your logo and brand colors (if you have them) and we’ll add subtle sound effects.
We Will Film Your Videos
You’ll log into our Virtual Videographer system where you’ll meet with your Personal Director (PD) who will guide you through your scripts and ensure you shoot the best possible videos. This will happen over (2) separate appointments and can be scheduled as soon as the Video Build Out is complete.
We Will Plan & Design Your Thumbnails
During your filming, we will also take multiple photographs to use in your video thumbnails. The video thumbnail is pivotal for encouraging viewers to click and each video will have a unique thumbnail design SOP that your team will use to create the images.
We Will Create Your Editing Guide SOP
YouTube videos are structured for watchtime and our editing guide will act as an SOP for your editing team to create a perfect video without any prior experience. You’ll receive a multi-page editing guide for use now and in the future that will help your editors deliver a perfect video fast.
We Will Create Your Optimization SOP
Uploading the videos to YouTube requires a specific process that most people mess up. We’ll create your post-production YouTube Optimization SOP which includes your YouTube Title Strategy, 15 SEO tags, a customized Description Box designed to drive traffic to your links, an end screen and more. We’ll also design your publishing strategy so your team can set it and forget it.
